Rosette's Biography

Ms. Signorelli has over 25 years experience in counseling and is Administrator of Stepfamily and Stepparenting Resources. Curretly in her private psychotherapy practice, she uses her wide range of professional experience counseling clients with undividual and family issues. As a stepmother in a family of seven, Ms. Signorelli blended personal and professional experience by developing a unique stepmothers' group which concentrates on education and a couples' group for thosse preparing for or currently in a stepfamily relationship. For thouse hurt by their private practice to include spiritual counseling which often centers on inner-child healing.

After muli-level teaching for nine years, Ms. Signorelli completed her Masters in Clinical social Work at St. Louis University. Working within the judicial system, she provided individual, group and family therapy focused on deliquent, neglected/abused, and emotionally distrubed children. She also counseled single parents and couples struggling with life issues. she trained and supervised Masters' level social work counselors, as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University, and a staff of social workers at the St. Louis County Juvenile Court. Ms. Signorelli taught at the University of Missouri, St. Louis and is presently associate instructor at Maryville College.



In addition to her teaching and private practice responsibliities, she accepts invitations to speak locally to a variety of audiences. Ms Singorelli has also been a guest on national and local television and radio talk shows.

Ms. Signorelli has completed many hours of prostgraduate training in various therapeutic disciplines, resulting in becoming a Certified Gestalt therapist and training with the Menninger Foundation.
